Do the reseach!!

Thanks to all of you that gave suggestions and shared experiences.  Signed the lease today. Best advice? At the very least, hire an attorney to review  the lease!!  You want to be sure you understand  what you think you understand. Plus they may even tell you other issues to think about. Everything is negotiable  Reseach!! Research!! That's where you start.  Forums, such as this one, are wonderful.
