Update on the Natrium plant which according to this article is still under construction; however many local people are seeing the flaring so obviously they are in testing process to see if it functions.  Most local construction people have been laid off several weeks ago as their job is finished. 

Interesting concluding paragraph regarding east coast terminal which may be completed by 2017, but no Federal approval yet.
