We are in the process of forming a land owner association (free membership).
In part, the intent of the association is to provide access, for land owners, to professionals in the oil and gas industry. These people will be able to guide , and advise land owners with regard to the issues related to their land and oil and gas development.
There are no fees to join, no percentages of bonus money or royalties to pay.
We suggest that you wait on making any decisions until we are up and running.

Heads up Monroe County Landowners.
If you are not following the main site, you need to. I see very little posted on the Monroe County section. When I do all it amounts to is folks wanting to know about Whitacre wells. Be informed. Coy will not tell you what you need to know, believe me. He has been, well, not completely truthful in the situations I have been directly in knowledge of.
