We recently signed a lease now we are being asked to sign a drillers agreement has anyone heard of this

Robert,

     Have a lawyer take a look at it, and have him tell you all the reasons you shouldn't sign.

Never sign a document given to you by anyone until you understand the content of the document. Theft becomes legal with your signature no matter how many lies you were told about what you are signing.
