Drilling in Clinton Co. Pa

What are the thoughts on drilling in Clinton  Co. I have a lease that is renewable each year and it is always a waiting game as to whether I will get the yearly bonus. I have no feel for areas of concentration

The property is known as the Tangascootac and it spans several townships. Hope this helps

More specifically the lease is for Beech Creek,Colebrook and bald Eagle twps.
