How long does it take to drill a well if utica with 3 so far lateral. Also is there a reason that they put a well on the belmont county engineers list rather than list it on the regular list with the other lists?

Not sure exactly what your asking but it took Chesapeake 12 days to drill one 5400 ft lateral on my neighbors.

Usually the proposed wells  show up on the engineer's list first, then a permit is issued and then they go on the permit list.......

They have been drilling on this well for about 2 weeks does it go on the permit list after production.

20 days~ roughly (I see one guy had one drilled in 12).

It may take 15-20 days to drill a well.  If they take a lot of core samples it could be longer.  But the drilling is just one part of the process. They have to do a lot of other things and the total time will be several months.  Start to finish, including a new pad and road, could be 6 - 12 months.
