Oh. Good one. When your water turns into poison don't cry ignorance. Everyone has a choice. Just a matter of what you believe in. It's spelled "waste" by the way.

I've been following Guillermo's posts here and on the Facebook Marcellus shale forum, and can tell you he is, if nothing else, sincere and deserves a respectful reading of his post. I certainly agree with him that there is a great deal of ignorance going around on the whole issue of water contamination. Its not surprising that audiences are so receptive to Josh Fox's message in Gasland. They simply haven't heard the other side. I offer up WikiMarcellus' page on hydro-fracturing as my humble effort to educate the public on the subject. This forum also has several experts who have written accurate and science-based posts to help illuminate the issues that are involved. So, "yes", please do educate yourself...thoroughly!
