Just wanting to know if anyone else has been talking with EQT landman about pipeline easement in my area. Kinda interested in what was said i.e. pipe diameter, price per in/ft...all that good stuff. I did mention to him what did they expect to pay for damages and he stated it was included in the easement agreement. Told him I'd need to research a little more before I would talk to him again. Guess he'll be back to talk with me sometime this week. Any info about specifics greatly appreciated if you want to talk in private we can email, phone, text, or whatever.
