We signed to extend our lease with Exco (in Lycoming County) and we have yet to receive our money. After the said amount of time passed we mailed a certified letter indicating our intent to declare default. They are almost at the end of this period as well. I am just wondering if anyone else has/has been in our situation. If they don't get the money to us how hard is it to get the release?
