EXISTING PIPELINE MODIFICATIONS AND ITS AFFECT ON ORIGINAL AGREEMENTS.

Has anyone had dealings with PIPELINE companies wanting to modify existing row's in any way that re-opened the lease for negotiation?

I'm thinking this is a very likely situation many of us could be faced with in coming months and years as the great Utica/Marcellus infrastructure buildout continues.

I suppose mostly this would involve widening the row to hold more pipes.
There must be alot of old 50' and under row's they would love to widen to 100'........?
