SOLUTION: FERC Says Rover and Leach XPress have to alter 13 Miles in Monroe and Noble Cos Ohio

Heads up Landowners some may not get a right of way and some Landowners who were expecting not to be bothered with pipeline may be. Time tells all things and looks as if the solution should be know quickly.
