I live in Hempfield twp and received our money from Halcon on Fri 1/25/13. We had just about given up hope of ever seeing anything then got an email from cx on Mon 1/21 saying we were on a list of 100 people that were approved for payment and would be paid by the end of Jan. Through the whole process I think CX and M&P did a very poor job of communicating to the land owners, considering the money that they made on this deal. Good luck to all those who didn't get leased this time.
