I read on line today that the Greene county PA commisioners on this past thursday voted to approve ,subject to their legal advisors opinion, a proposed 20" 900' pipeline thru a county park described as 15.5 or 15.6 acres, wooded. This for the sum of $36,000. It was also stated, as I recall that this was not the i1st row agreement they entered into. Last month they allegedly approved a 900' 16" for $28,800. What grabbed my attention was that once approved said proposed pipeline would be placed in same Row as another 12" pipeline was placed last year. Imho this Row must not be exclusive, if Iam using the proper legal terminolgy, or maybe landowners desire inclusive, I get confused as to their speak, so check it out dont hold me to it. Imho I know one percludes from any future negotiation and/or compensation unless you agree to some insufficient sum of present day dollars from future development, while the grantor or landowner friendly can provide you with the capability of negotiating for future development at an evolving time and related factors as to compensation and regulation, situation and any/all ramafications which in no way can be determined at the present time, or in all probability in the near future Please forgive me for being so long winded, but imho what you hold now is like that old camaro or whatever that you sold for yesterdays dollars, and say 'Boy, I wish I had it now, It would be worth big bucks! I know we all have to do what we have to do, we are responsible people, and thats what we do,situations are many. One thing I question, future setback of occupied dwelling rules adversely impacting land owners, possibly determining the landowners value and use of their land. I for one could not be compensatied enough to resolve myself to I can mow it, picnic etc, but building and living there, thats another matter. Well enough of my thoughts and opinions, I will respect anybody elses and I hope they return the favor.

John,

Could you provide the link to where you found this pipeline agreement made by Green County commissioners?

                       Thanks,
