If you are unleased, no. But if you have an old shallow well that didn't allow for pooling yes. Our POS governor and legislature passed that in the middle of the night....

Actually, yes, for all strata below the Marcellus. It has never been done but the law from the 1980s does allow for it. The first case is now underway as Hilcorp is trying to force pool a landowner with 35 acres near Pulaski.  As it hasn't been done before, this case will take some time to adjudicate and will be closely watched by both E & Ps and landowners. And law firms, too.
