How long before the State of Ohio places a moratorium on horizontal fracturing? What happens to all the investment that so many companies (CHK, Hess, XTO, etc) have sunk into leases if they are stopped from drilling? Will leases be "suspended" or held? Will they simply expire? Or am I simply sounding like Henny Penny?
