No way they will have 20 only in guernsey

OK, Thanks, I thought not..... There was something in the Jeffersonian the other day about it... I didn't read it but I heard about it. Maybe they meant other counties as well as Guernsey?

Aubrey only had 13 or 14 when he was with Chesapeake and that was to cover a million acres.  Only a 1/3 of that was probably drilled, so 20 seems pretty extreme for his company that owns about 250,000 acres.

Now that could change if he suddenly buys up a bunch of smaller companies and gets their acreage.

I read recently that he wants to run at least 30 rigs in the Utica by 2018.

Back in 2011 chesapeake said they would have 40 rigs by the end of 2014 in utica. They currently run 7-9. Don't believe everything you read...

according to the odnr database, AEU has the following permits;

Harrison county;

Jones - multiple wells

Tarbert - multiple

Hamilton - multiple

BSA S NTG - single listed in trenton

Guernsey county;

Shugart Daddy - multiple

Red hill Farms - single listed in trenton
