Gas Lease

I recently bought property with an existing gas lease that runs out this summer. The lease was only a few dollars per acre,they have the option to extend the lease for another five years,they havent did anything with my property or to any property around mine. I took the lease to a lawyer and he said if I can get another offer, they have to match it or give the lease up. So I need an offer. My property is in Clinton County. Can anyone help?
