We signed a lease about 3 years ago and then we were included in a vertical well that wasn't producing yet. It turns out that we were in another unit(different well) which we are now getting royalties for. My question is the original well we were in, shifted over sightly and now we're not included in that unit. can we still hold them to the original well ? Since they decided to move it over sightly. They are going to start drilling a horizontal well this spring.
