We signed a lease 3 years ago with the gas company.Originally we were included in a well which was pretty much next to us. They drilled a verticle well on it , but it hasn't produced yet so they're going to drill a horizontal well there this spring. All our land is now included in another unit which is procducing and we're receiving royaltiesfor it. Problem is they shifted the first one over slightly and now we're not included in the original unit. Can we still hold them to that, or can you only be included in 1 well. I know your property can be split into different units. But can all your or part of it be in more than 1 unit. when I asked the company about this , they just say my whole property is already in a unit. Just curious if they're pulling one over on us. My husband doesn't trust anything they tell us.
