HI I LIVE IN PA, ARMSTRONG COUNTY. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW MUCH GAS AND OIL RIGHTS ARE WORTH PER ACRE ? THANKS !

Leasing is bonus of $1,500.00 an acre from Chevron with 15%. Selling could be three times the bonus, but you lose your royalties basically forever. Do not sell any rights, only parasite companies will buy them.
