My wife's family has some ogm rights around Carter Camp. Tenaska has acquired Victory Energy's leases. They seem serious about developing their asset. But after fifteen years in the "exploration phase" you might wonder a bit about "spud date" timelines!
What do you think might realistically happen in five years? Pad sights, unitization, laterals, compressors, royalties?
Any thoughts?
