Thanks, I have property in Bethel Twp. Monroe Co Ohio. I am leased with Antero until the end of this year, They said they were not going to renew the lease. Bummer!

Looks like Eclipse is permitting wells in Monroe County - Green Township.

Was with Gulfport Energy and they sold our lease to Edgemark Energy out of Pa.  They offer $1200/ acre for 1 yr leases. We did get $5900 for a 5 yr lease . Sounds like they want to hold on one year at a time
