Greene county leasing Pa.

Does anyone know if anyone is leasing in Greene county PA.? I had contacted rice energy but have  not received a call back.This land is outside of Prosperity, conger road. Not sure what township.

I would try Rice again, they are usually pretty good to return calls. Definitely interested in Greene

Morris Twp.  CNX is drilling all around you.  You could try vantage, eqt or rice, but they'll likely flip it back to CNX.

CNX gas (Consol Energy, Inc.) is drilling all around Prosperity!  Their headquarters is in Southpoint.   It is actually in Cecil township but I think it is a Canonsburg, Pa address.

I have a well in Springhill Township Pa. CHK and Statoil was who I signed with but as of Aug. we were sold to Rice.

Correct Donna. Spring hill, richill, Aleppo townships in Greene Cnty Pa. are turning into Rice leases from CHK. Not sure how the Statoil portion will go. As far as I know, that is still Staoil.

Statoil funded a lot of CHK so as I was told Statoil got 33% of the profits. But I have come to believe about half of what I am told by O&G people. I was told by CHK that both them and Statoil were no longer the owner of my lease. If I was a person that wasn't always reading and checking things I would never have known I was sold. Maybe this may help others to have some knowledge if this happens to them. Rice told me they do their own title searches. So not sure when my checks will continue? But wondering about other people in this unit will think when no check shows up for Sept. Its the Michael McNicholas H8 Springhill Township, Pa. for those who just may happen upon this post...
