Yes I have they been bugging my neighbors wanting to buy their royalties. Their not drillers just a company wanting to buy mineral rights .. we 're in Guernsey County

I believe they are into royalties and buying mineral rights.   From what I have looked up, the manager of Black Hollow Royalties is starting a business here in Ohio called Scout Resources, which I am suppose to receive payment from them today for selling mineral rights.  Not sure if it is ligit yet, hopefully they are. Oh Black Hollow Royalty is based in Denver CO
