A land agent from E.A.R.T.H acquisitions was at my door today requesting to put a pipeline through my property. However, after reading the agreement, they seem to have left out many details like: size of pipeline, how far down they will bury it, specific payments for timber, etc. He said they have worked with Hilcorp & NiSource before but after my inquiry, he said they weren't actually working for them NOW. They only want to pay $15/ft. I am leased with Hilcorp. So, shouldn't Hilcorp be the one who contacts me with ROW agreement? I'm in Delaware Township.
