Was told today by a company representative that there will be an auction in Nov or Dec of all company assets. This includes deeps rights that they have not sold and well operations. The wells themselves do not belong to D&L, but to their investors. They have not (so says the company man) decided whether this will be one auction or two. He was careful to say that per the bankruptcy laws all assets must be sold blah blah blah. This is just a little update for those in the situation of being in *cough* business with D&L. I will say that he person I spoke with was the nicest contact ever with this company, which make me think he was likely the janitor from a cleaning company and in no way really affiliated with them.
Anyone in PA successful in getting out of their lease on deeps due to the bankruptcy?
