I am looking for drilling info on the Henderson south 10 12 6 website, I have tried to get information but it is like pulling teeth, everyone says do not sell mineral rights because I am considered in a unit but will it be in my lifetime, just would like some up to date reliable information , and not sure where to go to get it.

pine - wouldn't be surprised to see AEU take over the Spinden area....they are currently drilling one unit south at the Jones and are preparing the RH(redhill) pad adjacent to the east......also Red Hill just drilled a shallow a couple thousand feet east of the Spinden and also has several shallows in the area so I assume AEU holds much of the acreage.
there is room for an east/west lineup of units between Clendening lake and Tappan lake and the Spinden fits the bill.
Rebecca - back to your original topic........if what Franks friend says holds true, then I doubt you will be put in a separate SE unit of the Henderson South well for 3 to 5 years........because of that pesky little stretch of MWCD land that would cut right through that unit.....they could squeeze some SE legs in there but the laterals would be kindof short.
but you may be added to the current NW unit(s) so they can HBP you before the lease extension......in which case you would receive royalties from that production depending on your lease.
Rebecca - they could be leasing Tappan, but Frank has friend who works there that says they will not for the next 3 to 5 years.........I get a monthly update and last month they said "we will focus on Tappan in the next few months, expecting some resolution in the last quarter"
i don't know which NW unit......there are 2 legs on the Henderson south....I don't know if they are both in the same production unit or not.....could be separate.........and I am only assuming they would put you in one of them before they have to pay you again to extend.
Oh I get it now, Thank u for the updates

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
