 As most investors know a investment takes time to produce. Those funds to invest however that are earmarked by Obama to be taken in taxes by the IRS do not have that time lag associated with it.The IRS likes the money now!

You own Federal Land?  Because that is what the lack of permits conversation was about.  Its not hard to obtain a permit to drill on private property, unless you are in NY.

First of all it is on some federal land.  The reason permits are down on Fed land is to make sure all the new drilling laws are followed.  Obama and Romney are both full o _ _ it.  The do not really want to be energy dependant from the rest of the world.  They line their pockets too much.  Fracking has been around since the late 1940's.  Its only now that we can become energy dependand all this is happening to the industry.  We had to shut down all of our coal operations 2 years ago because the administration said coal is bad.  I have 6 million tons sitting in piles waiting to be moved.  They both do not really care about being energy dependant!!!!
