How to get ahold of Chesapeake

I have a top lease offer that i need  send to Ches. Where could I find their proper address to send this to. It seems as  there are many different offices an d addresses. Thanks

A top lease is basically a new lease taken before the old one expires and becomes effective on upon expiration of the previous lease.

Your best bet would be to call or write their corporate office (and ask for someone in the Land department):

Could you clarify top lease?  Neighbor has a soon to expire lease; they would like to negotiate one w/ better land protection.  Thanks.
