I am looking for the simplest language that a landowner should use as a royalty clause in a lease?

I am looking for someone to post the best landowner language that you may know of that I can use as a royalty clause in my lease. thank you in advance for your help.

WJ  you are right on the money as far as how we feel with feedback from people like you and many others  I really feel a sort camaradrie  we are trying to do the best we can for ourselves and our land and through this website if I can make one person smile or maybe just make them think a little bit It is well worth me pecking on this keyboard in the bed room  as I've come to expect out of you and so many others sage advice my friend I thank you  mark
