You should be notified that there is a DPU, Declaration of Pooled Unit.  Some companies will mail this to you, some will just leave you hanging until much later on.  You can always go to the courthouse or search the ODNR database to find out, but it's a little bit of work and not necessarily easy for someone who hasn't done it before.  What makes you ask?  Are there preparations going on around you?
