Which companies might consider buying Infinity Natural Resources for it`s Marcellus/Utica development in Armstrong/Indiana counties?  They seem to be doing well.

Are there any rumors of a sale?  It should be noted that with the dip in Oil prices, they have drilled more wells in the Marcellus recently.  On the other hand, recent interviews have noted that the Deep Utica is currently a hot topic in the business and thus this area is of more interest to other companies.  It is expected that there will be more interest in the Tier 2 marcellus and deep utica beginning in Armstrong County northeast towards the Northeast PA core.  Huntley and Huntley (former owners of the now merged Olympus intends to form a new company with this area as a likely target.

Since INR was held by a private investor company it has been believed they would be purchased as other similar companies have like APEX Energy and the CNX deal earlier this year.  INR has a strong success record in the Indiana & Armstrong County border.  Will Huntley & Huntley buy a gas company or form an entirely new one to move into this area?  Will this happen soon?

Is Tier 2 Marcellus finally going to be drilled in Western PA?  Looks like EQT, Range Resources & INR might be leading this movement.   Where are they going to drill next?

EQT and Range still have a lot of Tier 1 Marcellus acres as well as deep utica.  The CEO of Huntley and Huntley is saying most all Tier 1 acreage has been leased, but Tier 2 is still out there and I assume due to the stacked Utica below is still profitable and thus a target for his new venture.  Regarding INR, they did a IPO and raised over a billion dollars and have little debt which is why I'm not sure they would be selling.  In fact, I saw that the INR CEO is talking about acquisitions himself.

What will the new Huntley & Huntley venture be called?  Isn`t most tier 2 acreage already leased in some form from old shallow lease operators?  Is this acreage that Huntley & Huntley will go after?  How far to the northeast will Huntley & Huntley venture?  INR appears to be in the pathway of CNX moving along the Armstrong County border with Indiana County.  Vintage Land Holdings also have leased acreage along this border too.  I personally wish Huntley & Huntley success in their new venture to grow gas development in this region.

Don't know what the name is yet, but knowing how they operate, I assume they have done homework already (too bad it doesn't seem the landperson isn't posting anymore).  And good point regarding CNX.  Hard to find good acreage maps these days, but some white spaces to the west and north.  Penn Energy is likely to the west too, but as a Private company hard to find stuff on them.  As you say, good luck to them, if you read the interview of the CEO seems like a smart guy
