You're welcome h bo...I was intrigued how various persons...'in the know'...had different viewpoints.   They all have top notch experts advising them...I suppose even the most advanced technologies/testing are still open to interpretation in this arena.

I'm sure it will keep changing with the volumes hydrocarbons at stake .I'll bet you like my self would  like to see it sooner than later .
