Is there any lease/well activity in Columbiana County Ohio

I have some property that I leased to Chesapeake in 2011 and have some more that I would like to lease, but there seems to be no interest.  I have contacted several companies, and it seems like they are waiting for the pipeline to go through first. Is there anyone out there who has heard anything different?
