IS VANTAGE ENERGY IN MORGAN OR NOBLE COUNTY?

I saw another Vantage sign in western washington county. There are many brine trucks running up and down state route 676 but I dont know where they are coming from. They must be coming from someplace in Morgan or Noble county. Does anyone know where?

My brother drove past the well by campsite K a couple days ago. He said they were flaring-off the wells and there were three flares.
