Jackson twp gas line?

Orwell Oil and Gas has been putting in what looks to be a 4" or 6" line on the north side of mahoning ave.  It seemed to start about at bailey rd then west to 534.  Lots of marking stakes going south on 534 about a mile.  Anyone know what this line is for or where it's going?  Pipeline markers say gas pipeline.  thanks

That might be the residential line that is going south on 534
