Is there any current leasing in Jefferson County? If so, what are the offers? Can any one reccomend an Atty who is knowledgable in these affairs in this area? I was offered $100/acre and 12.5% for 5 yrs a few months ago by Chesapeak. I didn't sign. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
