Judgement liens
Has anyone a defect with BP involving a judgement lien other than taxes? I had my Attourney draft a letter stating that it was from my now bankrupt business. (Rent for a warehouse that landlord would not let me out of). It is going to be stripped off my deed as part of my filing chapter 13. I sent the letter just wondering how BP will handle it?

When BP starts defecting leases for these types of things it's usually their way of unceremoniously telling you they don't want your lease. Same goes for defects in re: mortgages.
