Adding lines to high tension electric towers.  Nothing to do with G & O from what I've been told.

Had my fingers crossed that it was O&G.

Looked on the County Engineer's Report and saw

MVSDBALOG L-62D 

MVSDBALOG L-86D

MVSDBALOG L-122D

MVSDBALOG L-183D

States Ingess and Egress KIRK RD

Any idea what that is?
