Larkspur Land Group & Rice Energy

I searched the forum for Larkspur and didn't get any hits.

 

I received a letter today from Stephen Repella of Larkspur Land Group on Rice Energy letterhead. He stated that Rice Energy was interested in talking to me about their interest in my land. Does anyone know of Stephen Repella and Larkspur Land Group?

Google Larkspur Land Group.  Theres an article about them from the Intelligencer and it mentions Repella

I googled them and read the articles. I was wondering if anyone on this forum has had any personal contact with them.

They are just a broker. Pretty much every company uses brokers to lease.
