Any ideas on what the most recent lease offers are in Cogan House township.  I have a lease which will expire in a few months.  Once it expires, I am free to negotiate.  150 acres, currently with Anadarko and Statoil.  The original lease is almost 7 years old and I have never been approached by anyone since then.  Permits surround my property...  I a thinking to just sit back and wait - but back to original question -what are the recent offers - and from whom  Thanks in advance.
