Lensman and Assoc. from Canton Ohio has a lease and will represent the landowner. Oil company pays the atty. fee. George

YES...but just for this one lease...George cell: 614-530-2846..I am on my way to a Hearing in Cambridge Ohio now..

So what's the latest on this offer, anything new? What are the conditions of the lease? Is the 20% net or gross? Landowner friendly?
