i would like to find out what parcel of land my acres were added to form the total unit...

my lease does not have number ...i believe i am part of a 640 acre unit..in mahoning co..

ok i wll get that...chk leased the land...i will get the parcel # and send later..thanks for the help..so you willl be able to locate witht he parcel #..i am on calla rd....between rt 45 and 62....and there are 2 wells sites approved for drilling...1 on western res....and 1 on w.middletown....and i think i would be in one of those plots..

I doubt that you will be in either unit. Cheasapeake has a vertical permit in Dr. Mahar's South East field. Right behind the campground. When they go Horizontal, they will go Northwest, and Southeast. Your property is Northeast of there.

The Western Reserve Rd. permit goes Northwest under the golf course, and seems like a very short run. CNX is having issues with getting a road permit.

 

I would also suggest that you go to the auditor's website and check the tax status of your property.

what status should i be looking at in the tax records..?...yes i understaand its a vertical permit for now..so are you saying the campgrounds would also be out of the unit also..does it stop at the east border of the dr's..or what...how would i be able to locate my unit if there is one....

If the well was the center of a clock face, the two horizontal bores would be at the 11 o'clock, and 5 o'clock positions. Your property is at the 2 o'clock position, and not even close to being in the unit.

 

It would go right under the campgrounds.
