Kenyon seems to be the chief leaser in Harrison County and they have been the originators of the bonus and royalty numbers that people are quoting to one another. But word out of Jefferson and Belmont is that two other companies have been scooping up acreage in the area and this competition is going to be a game changer in time. Cheasapeake is a huge leaser with millions of acres and Kenyon is their leasing agent - they are aware of what the landowners are sitting on and eventually they are going to pay what other areas are receiving as far as bonus's and royalties. Patience is the key in these times as Marcellus might be delayed but its never in our lifetimes going to go away.
