I am looking for a person or company that actively searches for a mineral lease for landowners on a commission or flat fee .

My step sons inherited some acreage in Harrison County Ohio from their father who was killed in a mining accident in Feb 2012. According to his brother he was getting ready to lease this land but never got to do it, do his untimely terrible death in a mining accident .

I am sure there are people or companies that do this type searches and work.
