Looking for information,

Neighbor gossip has me curious. Some waiting for their "ship" to finally come in, others worried about long term effects from drilling.  I have 10 acres but mineral rights for only 4+ acres. We are located off of Rt 285 between Rts 22 & 40. I have not been approached by anyone , just curious as to what is going on in the area. Any information is appreciated. Thanks in advance,

Nothing for you yet. It may never come to you and may come tomorrow. Gernerally when you start hearing about leasing and seismic activity it is getting close. Ask your neighbors and check out the web. Good Luck!

Thanks Homer, one of the reports I received was from the operator of the Pot House, Susan, I believe her name is. She seemed very knowledgeable and involved and a neighbor called recently with questions. I am small potatoes relative to acreage , just trying to keep up with the trends. When you mentioned checking out the web, is there any other sites I should monitor in addition to this one ? I found this site by doing a Google search. 

 

I am retired and spend 3-4 days a week here for my sanity before going back to the other house in Cleveland. My little 10 acres is my heaven, and we hope to be moved in on a permanent basis soon .  Thanks again for your reply, be well, ( no pun intended )
