Looking to lease my property in Valley Township, Guernsey County

Hello, I am having trouble finding companies to lease my property in section 22 of valley township, Guernsey county. They say they aren't interested in Valley for some reason. I was wondering if anyone else has had any luck or knows anyone that is leasing in this area. Thank You, Jason

EQT is big in that area. Not sure if anyone else is in the area. That would be my starting point for sure
