Marcellus Shale Research

Hello everyone! My name in Tony Lucketti, and I a senior at California Area High School (about 5 minutes away from CAL U). I am enrolled in a geology/enviromental science class as an Independent study. I am very interested with Marcellus Shale and everything they do. So Im doing some research on it and I would like to know more. 

If ANYONE has any:

  • Opinions
  • News
  • Possible drilling sites
  • Drilling Methods
  • Job projections
  • Or just anything

Please let me know. With addional information I could have a much better understading on the natural gas industry. I thank anyone who shares their info with me.

Best source of marcellus info. is on the web - lots of professional geologic and engineering papers out there in pdf format.  Also, contact your local Bureau of Topgraphic and Geologic Survey - OH, PA, or WV.  they have tons and tons of information that you, as a taxpayer, already paid for.
