We have been approached by a landman working for Trans Energy to lease our property in the Mannington district in Marion co, WV.
The property is North of Mannington just off Rt. 250. Is anyone familiar with activity in this area?
Thanks, Henry

Trans Energy has a permit for a new Freeland 1H Well well off Big run if you look on the map where Beech Lick rd is it is almost straight over on the Big run side .
are you close to this area, if so you will probably be in this unit . that is good news i have some leased close to the Metz area.
Thanks, I looked at the map and tried to follow your instructions. Would the permit be about 2000 ft south of the Glover cemetery on the North side of Rt. 250?
Henry
i would say you are right on...about 2000 feet south of the cemetery North east from rt 250 towards Big Run thats it.. is your property close to this location.
No, I am not close to the Freeland site. I am on the other side of Metz.
Who did you lease with for your property close to Metz? Did you get a good lease?
Thanks, Hank
