Mercer County

Is anyone hearing about anyone other than Hilcorp signing leases in Mercer Cty? If so, do you have a contact/landman? What kind of signing bonuses & royalties have you been seeing/hearing? Thank you in advance for your input, Tim

Depends on what county you are in. Google Western Land Services...

As far as I know Western Land Services was retained by and represents Hilcorp.   Hilcorp is the only outfit that I know of that was leasing in Mercer county.  If there are others I'd like to know.

As noted, I am in Mercer Cty...and I will add Springfield Twp w/ 30 acres. I am hearing a couple of numbers even within Hilcorp and/or that outfit out of Wexford.

I now see on DEP website that Hillcorp has been issued a new well permit for Delaware Township, Mercer County. Property owner is McCllough. I believe the site is located along Route 58 just south of the intersection of Rt. 58 and Cochran Road and on the South side of Rt. 58.
